Days 1-2

The Brief

A 45-minute working session maps the role, team context, technical or functional requirements, and the 1% criteria that separates a good candidate from the right one.

Days 2-5

Market Mapping

We map who exists, where they are, who is likely to move, and what compensation reality looks like before outreach begins.

Days 5-14

Search & Assessment

Referral-first outreach through relationships, followed by structured assessment for depth, startup mindset, culture alignment, and trajectory.

Week 2

The Shortlist

You receive 4-6 candidates with written assessments, priorities, and the questions to probe in your conversations.

Interviews & Offer

We coordinate the interview process, advise on offer structure, manage expectations, and handle negotiation with care.

Close & Onboarding Support

We stay in contact through notice period, start date, and early onboarding so the search is finished when the hire is landing well.
