Founder story
Imran has spent two decades finding people.

He began his career in recruitment in the Middle East, where he quickly realized that international hiring - moving talent across borders, cultures, and expectations - was where the real complexity lived.
Over the next twenty years, he built hiring functions across MENA, worked with companies expanding into Europe, placed senior leaders across North America, and developed a network in Latin America that most global firms take decades to build.
He founded Flex Recruit six years ago to build the firm he had always wanted to hire from: embedded in the Pakistan market, direct about quality, and serious about the gravity of each hire.
